I'm changing my rating for a few reasons: We have had improved interactions with management, particularly with regards to ego and accepting responsibility for order mixups when it was their fault; the general level of customer service has improved to generally include curtesy and basic manners... and lastly, communication between whoever takes the order and whoever fills the order has smoothed out somewhat.
So, to management: thank you, and remember-- happy customers means more business, which means happy employees, which means happy customers. While Whitinsville is not any great city, you have been charged with the responsibility of being one of the few Chinese restaurants in the area. This is a big responsibility, and as it happens all too often, when local restaurants fail to serve their community with professionalism, high standards for cleanliness and quality of food, they close... which then forces locals to go to places like Boston or Providence for the same meal the local business failed to produce...
I have high hopes for this place. I hope that you continue to do well, and maybe take some pride in serving your local community. -

Great little find down by Upton! Searched on Yelp for some nearby Chinese places and this one popped up.
I ordered:
-orange chicken with lo mein.
Had a tony kick to it but the sauce was soooo good and they had tons of it on!! Came out to $15 for a HUGE plate. Not bad! Very family-friendly too. -

Totally lost my appetite after seeing a hair in the Singapore Rice Noodle. Daughter disliked Lo Mein. Pick up in bar doesn't work for me. Whitinsville location torally lacks quality of North Grafton King Jade.

My mother and I go to the buffet which is all you can eat for a cheap amount. Filled with all sorts of food. Have no complaints about the food, it tasted great! The place looks pretty nice and can be busy at times. Servers are very polite and nice. Not to mention very fast! I'm constantly tempted to go back for the buffet.

Giant pile of rice+can of soda=$16 :(
Delivery was ok but costs an extra $2, the tiny portion of beef/broccoli I got was good enough but there was hardly any of it there. Ok if you're desperate for something other than pizza.
